Did you know that certain insects, known as parasitoids, live attached to or within a host organism whose tissues they eat to grow and develop? In general, their very presence ends up killing the insects they live off which makes them true serial killers. Parasitoid insects play a major role in population regulation as is shown by this study carried out in different European laboratories…
